    The product team at Ning was responsible for creating and developing new product features for Ning Social Networks. I was responsible for creating HTML/CSS mocks on an Apache PHP server for live mocks. I also was in charge of several Ning chat bar releases since March 2009, which is written using Adobe Flex.

I began by working on streamlining the library into objects and employing techniques for making the code scale (e.g. dynamic inlining, caching, minifying).
