Summary: Project LightSpeed (U-Verse) is the delivery of the VoIP, Enhanced Broadband and Switched Video Services to the Consumer Market. ISAAC (IP Service Assurance & Analysis of Connections) is a powerful troubleshooting tool developed specifically for LightSpeed support agents and technicians.
My role in LightSpeed was to develop a set of utilities which will check, lock, and unlock a port. This was used by technicians on the phone who want to diagnose and solve minor problems with VoIP products.

Summary: The CARAT project was created to check for consistency in billing mechanisms. It is responsible for finding any customer billing errors. The project uses a web portal for controlling, reporting, and diagnosing errors. I was responsible for maintenance fixes associated with this portal.

Summary: For this project I served as the Development Lead and Creative Director. The assignment was to create a website which kept track of MATREX members and classes. The site also provided photos, resources, news, events, and restaurants.

Summary: Developed message based Ajax framework (OnJax) for Global Mail Express, Inc. internal and external web applications. Helped to automate business processes such as automated bar code label printing, package scanning and receiving, job scheduling and user management.

Summary: FlatWire is a product sold by Southwire. My task was to design and implement an e-commerce site.

Summary: Ensure consistent look and feel by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout; create templates to assist content authors. Identify, recommend, and prioritize new Web features and applications in conjunction with business leaders and department managers. Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document Web applications using appropriate editors.

Summary: Worked in the field of XML compression with Professor Daniel Rocco. Examined and Developed Techniques for executing XPath operations over compressed XML in Java. Developed computational, mathematical, and analytic approaches to research questions. Developing a WSDL/SOAP Engine using XPack to process requests. Assisted the principal investigator in preparing materials for reports, talks, and presentations on the research.
